6 useful Chrome extensions for ChatGPT

Prompt Genie: ChatGPT automatic translator

When you ask a question in Korean in ChatGPT, the GPT engine has to translate it back into English, so the response speed is very slow. To get a quick answer, you need to ask the question in English.
However, if you install this extension, it will automatically translate Hangul to English. 설치 링크

After installing this extension, when you go to chat.openai.com, there is a button called "Translate and ask a question". If you press the "Translate to ask a question" button, it will automatically translate the Korean you entered and ask GPT. It will also translate the GPT response back to Korean.

As shown in the screen below, the automatically translated text is displayed in "Translation result".

ChatGPT for Google

This extension displays the GTP response along with the search results in the search engine. installation link

After installing this extension, be sure to set the following. ChatGPT for Google Options and select the Question Mark option or Manually under Trigger Mode.

The default is the Always option. Always will send a request to ChatGPT every time you search on Google. This can make ChatGPT unavailable when you really need it, and you'll see an error message like "Too many requests in 1 hour. Try again later".

With ChatGPT for Google, ChatGPT responses are also displayed on the right side of the Google search screen.

You can also use ChatGPT directly from the Chrome browser toolbar popup.

However, you can't use the auto-translation feature of the Prompt Genie extension in the ChatGPT popup. So I don't use the GPT popup very often.

AIPRM for ChatGPT

This is an extension that provides one-click prompts for ChatGPT. All you need to do is select the desired prompt from the list of SEO, SaaS, marketing, art, programming, etc. prompt templates provided by AIPRM and click on it. Install link

After installing this extension and accessing chat.openai.com, I see a list of prompt templates that I can click on, as shown below. From there, you can search for your favorite prompt template and click on it to make it easier to ask ChatGPT questions.

When I tested it, I could only talk to it in English. It would be nice if ChatGPT could also speak back to you, but for now it only responds in text.
